A writing retreat in the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye is a dream for many.
Here are five reasons why authors-to-be might want to sign up and join me this November in Hay…
The book town of Hay-on-Wye is full of wonderful authors and books and of course it’s famous for its literary festival. If you were looking for even more reasons to head to Hay for my writing retreat, here’s a selection to pick from:
1) Our next writing retreat in Hay is in a CASTLE. A castle with a bookshop, and a dedicated room for us to write in together.
2) The food there is delicious (this castle has a really great café).
3) We’ve got inspiring guest facilitators, such as the successful author Helena Attlee.
4) There’ll be optional soothing activities, such as yoga with Hay-based yoga teacher Seren Berry.
5) Hay-on-Wye is a town full of bookshops and the Hay Winter Weekend starts that week too. Dreamy.
If any of these reasons pique your interest, do get in touch to find out more. I lead the retreats personally, combining my coaching and facilitation skills with my love of the written word. We can also visit bookshops together while we’re there. I wrote a lot of my first book in and around Hay-on-Wye and I love for you to share that experience with me.
Our next retreat is on 25 & 26 November 2025.
I hope you can make it!
