You’re invited to join my writing retreat in Hay-on-Wye this November…
If you’re looking for an inspiring, cosy, writing retreat this winter, you’re going to love everything that Hay-on-Wye has to offer. My writers’ retreat in Hay is for authors-to-be in any genre, and it’s okay if you’ve never written a book before, everyone is welcome. There’ll be plenty of time to write, an optional yoga class, delicious lunches, coffee and pastries and of course there are wonderful bookshops on the doorstep. If you’re looking for somewhere to write that’s away from your work and home, we’ve booked space in a gorgeous castle for the two days, so you can really feel inspired by your surroundings. Speaking of surroundings, Hay-on-Wye is of course on a river (the clue’s in the name) and so stunning walks are a stone’s throw away, with all the nature and wildlife that rural Herefordshire offers.
Hay is a beautiful Welsh town and you’ll fall in love with the locally-run shops and independent businesses. As well as quiet writing time, you’ll also meet inspiring expert guests from the publishing industry, who’ll be able to answer your questions and help you to move forward with your novel or non-fiction book. And if you’re writing poetry or recepies, you’re super welcome too, my retreat is also suitable for you.
My writing retreats in Hay-on-Wye are designed to demystify the writing and publishing process for you, especially if you’re new to writing books. Perhaps you’ve got an idea you want to get started on, but you don’t know where to begin. Or maybe you’ve written part of a book and then lost track of the project and need a bit of support to get started again. We’re not here to judge you, whether you’re an experienced writer or novice, the aim of this idyllic two-day retreat is to fall back in love with your writing or find a starting place and some support.
To join, you can either book online or choose a free Discovery Call to chat with me and find out more. I’d love to have you on board and I hope to see you there on 25th & 26th November.
